Digital Engineering, BIM Modelling, VDC & Coordination

Resolve coordination risk before you break ground. ISO 19650 aligned. Battle-tested on Tier 1 projects.

We resolve coordination risk before you break ground. High-standard Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) modelling, ISO 19650 aligned BIM coordination and clash-free federated models for large, complex programmes. We construct projects in a virtual environment first, surface the issues that quietly burn programme and margin, and engineer them out early. For volume builders moving from CAD, we deliver complete BIM standards, tailored templates, sample projects and embedded training that compress adoption from years to weeks.

End-to-end BIM management from early project phases through design and construction to as-built deliverables: ensuring model quality, data integrity, and standard compliance at every stage.

02

Construction Coordination & Clash Detection

Multi-stakeholder clash detection and resolution across structural, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire disciplines on Tier 1 projects using Navisworks, Revizto, and Solibri.

03

ISO 19650 BIM Execution Planning

Strategic BIM execution plans (BEP), information delivery plans, master information delivery plans, and complete standards creation aligned with ISO 19650 international best practice.

04

BIM Peer Reviews & Project Auditing

Independent BIM peer reviews and comprehensive project auditing: identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in model quality and data compliance.

05

BIM Content Creation (Revit Families)

High-quality parametric Revit family creation, file format conversion, and BIM content libraries: building components that are data-rich, lightweight, and specification-ready.

06

Project Establishment & Templates

BIM project establishment, master coordinates model creation, shared coordinate setup, and Revit project template development tailored to your organisational standards.

07

Common Data Environment (CDE)

Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and Revizto Next configuration: model federation, folder structures, permission management, automated auditing, and workflow setup.

08

Point Cloud Scanning & As-Built

Point cloud scanning review, scan-to-BIM modelling, and as-built documentation: verifying constructed conditions against design models for accurate facility records.

09

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Common questions about scope, tools, ownership and ROI for this service.

Is GIRIH X delivery ISO 19650 aligned?

Yes. BEPs, information delivery plans, naming conventions, classification, model federation strategy and CDE configuration are produced against ISO 19650 from day one. We can also operate inside an existing ISO 19650 framework if you already have one.

Do you use openBIM and IFC?

Where the supply chain or client requires vendor-neutral exchange, yes. We produce IFC deliverables that conform to buildingSMART standards and run coordination on federated IFC models where appropriate. Native Revit and Navisworks workflows are still the default where the project team is fully on the Autodesk stack.

What does a typical coordination engagement deliver?

A live federated model, a clash matrix with a tracked resolution log, an information delivery plan, a published BEP, 4D sequencing where the programme requires it, point-cloud verification, and dashboards that make compliance visible to non-modellers. Cycles compress from weeks to days once the federation and dashboard layer go live.

Can you migrate legacy CAD or 2D documentation to BIM?

Yes. CAD-to-BIM migration is a regular workstream: legacy DWG sets, scanned drawings and point clouds become governed Revit models with parameters, classifications and audit-ready metadata. Scope is staged so each migrated discipline lands fully usable rather than partly migrated everywhere.

Who owns the model standards and templates at the end?

You do. Standards, templates, shared parameter files and dashboard definitions are handed over with documentation and training. Ownership and licensing terms are defined in the engagement agreement so there is no ambiguity about what your team can reuse after the engagement ends.

Ready to build your delivery system?

Every system we build starts with a single conversation. Let's explore what's possible for your team.
